Biography:

Oksana Soldatenko has a master’s degree in economics (1995) and master’s degree in law (2004). She got her doctorate in economics too.

Mrs. Soldatenko has the scientific title of Associate Professor, Taxes and Taxation Department, National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine (2003) and the academic title of senior researcher in "Finances, money and credit" (2005).

Oksana Soldatenko was awarded both an honorary breastplate "For meritorious service" III degree (2009) and an honorary breastplate "For meritorious service" II degree (2011). Her pedagogical experience lasts 16 years.

Oksana Soldatenko is the author of more than 160 scientific articles, monographs, textbooks, scientific-practical commentaries of Ukrainian legislation.

She is an active public figure, the member of the Association of legal scholars of Ukraine. 

Oksana Soldatenko is a Past-president of the Rotary Club "Kyiv-City".
