Department of Тheoretical Jurisprudence

The Department of Theoretical Jurisprudence is one of the structural divisions of the Law Institute of the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, which:

provides educational, methodological and educational work on fundamental legal disciplines of theoretical and historical content, which are taught to students of the specialties "Law" (educational and qualification programs "Jurisprudence" and "Law of Public and Political Activity"), "International Law", "Political Science" (educational and qualification program "Political Technologies and Leadership");
provides scientific and research activities in the following areas: theory and history of law; history of political and legal doctrines (12.00.01); philosophy of law (12.00.12); legal problems of political institutions and processes (23.00.02);
participates in the public work of the Institute and the University.
