Brief description of professional biography

Education:

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the State University "Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman", having received a full higher education in the specialty "Jurisprudence" and received the qualification of a Master of Law (diploma with honors).

From 2013 to 2017 studied in graduate school, specialty 12.00.07 - administrative law and process; financial law; Information Law at the Department of Legal Regulation of Economics of the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman.

In 2018, defended the dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences on the topic: “Administrative and legal foundations for the training of lawyers in higher education institutions of Ukraine.”

2022, based on the decision of the Certification Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, was awarded the academic title of associate professor.

Experience:

November 2014 to January 2018 – assistant at the Department of Civil and Labor Law of the State Higher Educational Institution “Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman”;

January 2018 to March 2019 – senior lecturer at the Department of Civil and Labor Law of the State Higher Educational Institution “Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman”;

March 2019 to March 2023 – Associate Professor of the Department of Private Law at the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman;

March 2023 to July 5, 2024 – Professor of the Department of Private Law of the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman;

July 05, 2024 till present – Deputy Head of the Department of Private Law, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman.

2015 to 2017 – Deputy Chairman of the Small Law Academy of the Law Faculty of the State University “Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman”.

2017 to 01.11.2022 – Deputy Head of the Department of Civil and Labor Law of the State University “Kiev National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman”.

01.11.2022 to 04.07.2024 – Deputy Head of the Department of Private Law at the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman.

Awards:

For  great personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists, fruitful scientific and pedagogical activities,  was awarded with thanks and certificates of honor from the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman, a certificate of honor from the Union of Lawyers of Ukraine (2019), and a letter of gratitude from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for many years of  significant personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists and fruitful scientific and pedagogical activities (2021), Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for many years of conscientious work, significant personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists and fruitful scientific and pedagogical activities (2023) diploma of the Union of Lawyers of Ukraine (2024).

Advanced training (2021-2025):

1. Western University named after Vasile Goldis in Arad (Romania), certificate of foreign scientific and pedagogical internship from February 1 to March 12, 2021 on the topic “Modern methods and means of training future lawyers” in the specialty “Legal Sciences”, in volume of 6 credits (180 hours).

2. State Higher Educational Institution “Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman”, certificate of advanced training 12 СС02070884 / 070145-21 dated April 28, 2021 at the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the State Higher Educational Institution from March to April 28, 2021 in the amount of 120 hours. The name of the training program is “Language brand of a modern professional.”

3. National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy", certificate dated 06/07/2021 on advanced training in courses developed by teachers and staff of the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" in collaboration with the company "CLARIVATEANALYTICS", NGO "ELIBUKR" and the project “FOSTER”, on the topic “Scientific communication in the digital age”, in volume 3 (90 hours).
