Educational and Methodological Work

The educational and methodological work of the department is aimed at educational and methodological support of the educational process of the law institute in full-time, part-time and distance learning forms by types of training sessions in the academic disciplines of the Department of Public and International Law in accordance with the approved curricula and schedules for training specialists at the first (bachelor's), second (master's) and third (doctor of philosophy) levels of higher education.
 
Scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Public and International Law participate in ensuring the quality of the educational process in accordance with the standards of higher education and regulatory documents in the field of organizing the educational process, taking into account modern achievements in legal and other branches of science, as well as progressive methods, new methodologies, modern information and innovative technologies of education by:
 
- drawing up and improving work programs of academic disciplines, methodological materials on academic disciplines assigned to the department;
 
- organization of conducting and general management of industrial and pre-diploma practices;
 
- organization of development and application of diagnostic tools for the content and quality of training (test tasks, tasks for control (modular) works, examination tickets, online exams, etc.) and systems for assessing the level of knowledge;
 
- preparation of monographs, textbooks, other educational and methodological materials on academic disciplines assigned to the department;
 
- development of topics for coursework, qualifying bachelor's and master's theses, analytical and research works;
 
- organization and ensuring proper conduct of state certification of higher education applicants, creation of conditions for the effective work of certification and qualification commissions.
