Brief description of professional biography:

1997 – graduated from the Zaporizhian Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Obtained the qualification of specialist lawyer.

2004 – graduated from the Odesa National Law Academy. Obtained the qualification of master of law.

2014 – defended a dissertation at the National Academy of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the degree of candidate of legal sciences on the topic: "Administrative and legal regulation of the presiding judge in the judicial administrative process of Ukraine." Obtained the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences.

2020 – defended a dissertation at the Zaporizhian National University for the degree of Doctor of Law on the topic: "Consideration and resolution in administrative proceedings of cases regarding appeals against decisions, actions and inaction of collegial subjects of public administration." Obtained the scientific degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences.

From 1997 to 2005, he worked in the prosecutor's office, the advocacy, and the judiciary.

He has been a judge since 2004.

Since 2022 – retired judge of the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine.

From 2021 - teaching activity - Kyiv National University of Economics named after Vadym Hetman, National School of Judges of Ukraine.
