In 2001, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Kyiv National Economic University with a degree in “Jurisprudence” and received a second higher education (her first education was from the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv University with a degree in “Applied Mathematics”). In 2008, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences on the topic: “Legislative Technique: Concept, Forms, Types, Implementation in Ukraine” (specialty 12.00.01. – Theory and History of State and Law; History of Political and Legal Doctrines) in the Specialized Academic Council D 26.236.03 for the Defense of Dissertations for the Degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine. Awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law by the Decision of the Attestation Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated December 15, 2015, protocol No. 5/02-D. In 2021, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law on the topic: “Organization of the Legislation of Ukraine (theoretical, methodological and technical, legal aspects)” (specialty 12.00.01. - theory and history of state and law; history of political and legal doctrines) in the specialized academic council D 26.236.03 for the defense of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Law at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine. |
