Criminal Law and Procedure Department

History of the Criminal Law and Procedure Department starting from December 2015. Until penal subjects (sciences) were taught by experts of the Constitutional and Administrative Law Department.       

The Criminal Law and Procedure Department provides teaching of sciences (disciplines), Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Criminalistics, Criminology, Judicial Rhetoric, Advocacy, Fundamentals of the Legal Qualification of Crimes, Legal Responsibility for Offenses in the Sphere of Economy.

Professors of the department have written and published dozens of scientific articles on topical issues of criminal law, process, criminology. They prepare educational materials.
Teachers of the department improve their teaching skills, attend training courses, seminars to introduce and apply the most advanced techniques, innovative learning technologies in lectures, seminars (practical) classes, to create favorable conditions for the development of creative abilities of students.
